About Julie

I’ve been a Realtor® for many years. People say I’m a good listener. I know that buying (or selling) a house is not the kind of thing you do everyday. But the experience is different for every client. So listening is a good place to start.

In addition to being a Realtor, I received my GRI last year. That stands for Graduate Realtor Institute. I learned a lot of useful things including advanced training in all aspects of a Realtor’s job. From the GRI website:

The GRI designation is obtained by attending a specific, intensive series of courses that total a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction.

Subjects covered include the Sales Process (business development, sales and marketing, customer & client services, and cultural diversity) Legal and Regulatory (risk management and contract law) Technology (communications and real estate business technology), and Professional Standards (NAR code of ethics, standards of practice and arbitration/mediation).

When I’m not selling houses, I really like to spend time outdoors. I’m an avid hiker, skier and water sports enthusiast. I know many of the best places to get close to nature in the Triangle.

I’m also a Mom and spend a lot of time racing around with my kids to school, sports and activities.
