Parading North Carolina’s Finest Homes
It’s October, which means it’s the perfect time of year to explore North Carolina’s top real estate locations. The Triangle Parade of Homes is renowned as North Carolina’s largest open house and features an array of beautiful, new homes in Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties. Take this FREE opportunity to visit any or all of the 250 homes on the tour.
What to Expect:
The Triangle Parade of Home only features new homes within the Durham, Orange and Chatham County areas. This festival welcomes visitors seeking inspiration for their own homes and mild to serious house hunters in the area. Whether your are looking for a trendy paint color for your front door or searching for a new home in Chatham County, the tour will exceed your real estate expectations.
250 new homes in the newest North Carolina living communities will be featured on the tour, decorated on both the inside and the outside. Homes listed will range in price from $167,990-$200,000.
Featured builders on the Triangle Parade include Horizon Custom Builders, Stanton Homes, Hearthstone Luxury Homes, David Weekly Homes and Toll Brothers.
When it’s Happening:
Presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County and the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties, the tour will run October 1-2, October 7-9 and October 14-16 from 12 p.m. – 5p.m.

October 4: Parade of Homes Award Ceremony
Join event sponsors and hosts in celebrating their Award-Winning Builders with a night of jazz music, drinks, dinner and socializing. The event, hosted at Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill will run from 6 p.m.- 9 p.m. and is $75 per person, including complimentary valet parking! Register now!
October 6: Oktoberfest
The North Carolina Propane Gas Association in Raleigh will host the Green Home Builders of the Triangle’s Oktoberfest event. A fall tradition, Oktoberfest will feature brews, brats and information of learning more about building with propane. Don’t miss Oktoberfest from 3:30 p.m. – 5 p.m. Register now!
