The Restaurant:

Although Carolina Brewery is renowned for its vast collection of signature and craft beers, they welcome you to join them for a meal as well! Both locations pride themselves on their use of local ingredients from area favorites: The Pittsboro Bread Shop, The Phoenix Bakery, Chapel Hill Creamery, Chandler Foods, Cackalacky Inc. and Counter Culture Coffee. With all of their soups, sauces and dressings being made from scratch daily, this is no ordinary pub food!

Explore some of their brewery favorites with their chicken mac & cheese, the Down East BBQ plate or their traditional fish & chips.

The Brewery:

Carolina Brewery’s collection of awards makes their expertise impossible to doubt. In expanding their distribution across North Carolina, South Carolina and Eastern Tennessee, they have gained much attention. Their award winning beers have earned national recognition with medals from the Great American Beer Festival (GABF) and World Beer Championships.

With an extensive beer list, a few of their best sellers have taken home gold medals in the Great American Beer Festival. The Flagship IPA won the gold medal at the 2006 GABF, with a long history of originally being brewed in the 18th century to survive the journey from cooler breweries in England to India, where it was too warm to brew.
