Larkin grew up in Macon, Georgia, running around her parents car dealership where she would jump on the intercom system and ask all the interested car buyers to please come see her in the showroom. These days her father works in property management in Atlanta, and her brother works as a commercial broker in Memphis, so it came as no surprise when Larkin made it a family affair.

She quickly found her calling with sports and when her family moved to North Carolina for her sophomore year of high school she negotiated her first deal with the admissions department of Cary Academy to allow her to be the only athlete in school to compete in four sports, to the normal three allowed, before she would agree to enroll. College is where she realized her love for interacting with people would lead her to a degree in Communications studies.

Larkin is also big on community, and you can often find her volunteering as a basketball coach with the youth recreation system, or helping out with the 5k fundraiser races with the local elementary and middle school. She is the first to jump when someone needs help, and this lends itself to being a huge support system for her clients. She is passionate about this community and believes you should love where you live. She'll tell you herself that her best days are those where she gets the opportunity to help people find, not just a house, but a home.

Kelsi grew up around Real Estate her whole life with her mom. She graduated from East Carolina University in 2020 with degrees in Marketing and Management; and was a cheerleader during her time there. Afterwards, she got her Real Estate License and began working with a custom builder doing design and sales.

Now Kelsi is a Broker and Marketing Manager for Julie Roland Realty. She is motivated, competitive, organized, and detail oriented. Here to guide and help you through it all. Whether it’s new construction, land, rentals, commercial, resales, or design she will do it all.

Mary Sue's background has been in Finance for the past 30 years. She has built and sold several homes in Chatham County and is very knowledgeable in the building process. She decided to combine her finance skills with her love of building and selling and obtain her Real Estate license.

As a native of Chatham county, I found my love of land at a young age, and I give that credit to my great grandmother. This interest allowed me to gain sales experience with farm land, raw land, and rural resale homes.

As a child we moved frequently, living off of the land at times, using natural springs as our main water source just as many of our friends and neighbors did.
Naturally I developed a deep connection to nature, giving way to hobbies including primitive camping, tent glamping, rving, gardening, and beekeeping.
I enjoy making new connections using my vocal talents and abilities and have performed all over Chatham and neighboring counties.

Mostly, I enjoy hanging out with my husband of 35 years, our children, grandkids, and close friends every chance I get.

They are my heart and soul.

Over the past several years I have worked as a sales person in the b2b segment, and in the past 4 years for a large national on your lot builder as a sales manager in the custom home building arena, as well as one of the nation's largest subdivision/track builders.

Due to the elaborate level of the projects, I was involved in, I have a unique approach to the design-build world. I also simultaneously work with as a real estate broker with Julie Roland Realty out of Pittsboro. Our team flourishes and exceeds our client expectations because of our tight group, and its strategic approach.

We work together for all clients to ensure results. I my capacity as a realtor I specialize in land deals, but have listed and helped many buyers with existing properties in places from Cary to Elon, New Hill to Kernersville! Early on in my career at Julie Roland Realty I helped create the brand, website assets, and promotional materials.

Working these creative and exciting roles simultaneously, has allowed me to build a unique, custom, modern home of my own recently. Being so integrally involved and guiding that project made me realize the passion I have for design-build homes, and how it truly utilizes all of my skill set.

Honesty, trust, and follow through are the traits clients expect and what I deliver. Though I am an expert sales person, my skill set is diverse as I have worn a lot of hats, even as a business owner.

A Pittsboro native, Kimberly took the adventurous route and joined the military after high school. As a result, she has lived throughout the U.S. including El Paso, Texas, and O'ahu, Hawaii. In 2018, Kimberly and her son became homesick, missing the country roads of Pittsboro NC, and chose to move back to the Triangle area to plant her roots.

Kimberly's experience in real estate includes residential sales, investment properties, and Association management. In these venues, Kimberly has worked with multiple $500k plus budgets as well as full property renovations on behalf of her investors.As a property flipper herself, Kimberly works closely with investor clients to achieve similar goals and works to create additional value in every property she works with. In her free time, Kimberly also teaches weightlifting, coaches youth soccer, is an avid hiker, and loves to experience new places with her son!
