Pittsboro, NC – Here’s an interesting note on a historical walking tour midway between Pittsboro and Siler City from Chatham Chatlist.
Wood’s Mill Bend Historical Tour
Triangle Land Conservancy’s Wood’s Mill Bend Historical Tour on the Rocky River is on Sunday, March 3 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Carrboro mayor Mark Chilton will lead the hike and talk about the history of the mill sites on the river.
Please contact Ellica Church [firstname.lastname@example.org] or (919) 833-3662 Ext. 7006 to register for the event.
Don’t miss this encore presentation! Last year’s hike was well attended and filled up quickly.
