Celebrate the season at The Sycamore at Chatham Mills with a special Holiday Chef’s Tasting Menu ($85 per person) and live holiday jazz. Seatings run December 16–19, 5–8:30pm, offering an unforgettable evening of fine dining and festive cheer.
From winter-inspired starters to indulgent entrées like Prime Rib with Huckleberry Jus or Lemon & Sage Swordfish, and decadent desserts such as Mint Chocolate Pot de Crème, this four-course menu is designed to make you savor your holiday.

The holiday season is in full swing at Jordan Lake Farms, now celebrating 31 years of tradition. Tree tagging has closed, but families can still pick up their tagged trees through Friday, December 19. Fresh NC Fraser Firs, White Pines, and Concolor Firs are available in sizes ranging from tabletop to 13 feet, along with Ball and Burlap trees for planting after Christmas. Handmade wreaths, garland, and candle rings crafted at the farm are also ready for pickup, with custom orders available through the online store.
Visitors can enjoy the Christmas Shop filled with locally made gifts, sip hot cider or cocoa at the concession stand, and take in the festive atmosphere with hayrides and the kid’s playground, weather permitting. Online ordering and farm pickup continue this week, with pickup hours running Wednesday through Sunday, December 17–19, from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Pets are welcome on leash, and photographers may book appointments to capture holiday memories. Whether you’re collecting your tree, shopping for handmade wreaths, or enjoying holiday treats, Jordan Lake Farms is ready to make your season merry and bright.

Looking for those final holiday gifts? The Plant is hosting its last market of the year on Friday, December 19, from 3–8 p.m. This festive event brings together local craft vendors offering handmade treasures, live music to set the mood, and plenty of family fun. Warm up by the fire pits, sip on seasonal food and drinks from The Plant’s tenants, and enjoy both indoor and outdoor holiday cheer.
Admission is free, so gather your friends and family and make the most of this last chance to shop local before Christmas.

Wrap up your holiday shopping at the Mystic Merry Market, happening Saturday, December 20, from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Mystic Mocha in Siler City. This festive indoor market features local vendors offering last-minute Christmas gifts, plus delicious drinks, food, and plenty of holiday magic.
Whether you’re browsing handmade goods or grabbing a cozy beverage, Mystic Mocha is the perfect spot to soak up the season. The event is ADA-compliant, with free parking available in front of the coffee shop.

Get ready to celebrate the season with House of Hops at their Holly Jolly Christmas Party on Saturday, December 20, from 5–8 p.m. This indoor event features their first-ever Christmas Cookie Exchange, they’ll provide the tins, you bring the cookies!
Guests are encouraged to wear their most outrageous ugly Christmas sweaters and enjoy a festive Hot Cocoa Bar loaded with candy, marshmallows, chocolate, syrup, and more. And yes, Santa himself will be making a special appearance at his favorite watering hole.
Come early and enjoy a brew; House of Hops is open from 12–10 p.m. The venue is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your well-behaved companions!
